Actually, Admins nay decide kia hai k Users k sath sath Staff members ko bhi award diiye jaein, "Best Mod of the month" etc etc.. Therefore, we need your help to choose one.

You can also, Comment or give compliment to any staff members by replying to this thread.
Please NOTE: Award is result ki based par announce nahi ho ga.. Ho sakta hai k idher polling may jitnay walay ko award na millay. There are other(more) criteria for this award.

Based on What ????
- Wo staff members, jis nay achi and useful thread banai hon
- Jis nay sab say zada users ki help ki ho
- Jo sab say zada Active raha ho.
- Only Star Members and UP can vote (( anyone who voted below this rank, wont count ))
- Staff members can not vote themselves.
- Polling is only for three (3) Days.
