QUETTA: Three people were shot dead and several others injured when armed man stormed the native village of the Leader of the Opposition in Balochistan Assembly, Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind.

Online correspondent reported that hundreds of men equipped with the latest weapons, allegedly at the behest of a political personality in the province, stormed Suran, the native village of Yar Mohammad Rind, on Saturday evening. In the ensuing fight, they killed Sardar Ali, Mir Ullah Dinu and Mir Juma and injured many others. The sources added that rockets and mortars were also fired during the attack. They said that Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind had told some newsmen outside the Supreme Court a couple of days ago that he was apprehending an attack on his village.
