Results admins ne he post krnay ya decide krna tau yh kahan ka insaaf hua! hamesha award public ki voting pe dia jata hai chand logon k faislay pe nai! and zaroori nahi k admins ki nazar me ya rules ki basis pe bs award dia jae! performance should be evaluated based on how much people vote for a specific person! Democracy :) For the TM members by the TM members!!

issi liye to polling karwayi k sirf staff decision ki bjaye sab k views ko el akr result baney
par yahan b aap sabko aitraz hay to aisa chla phir maira khayal hay decision admins ko apne hi haath may hi rakhna chahiye!

aitraaz tau kisi ko nahi! saviou bro ne sirf itna he kaha tha k inn k ilawa b kuch members active thay tau unhain b polling me add kia jata! voting tau theak ja rhe! admins apnay hand me le lein tau kia aitraaz nahi ho ga kisi ko b! ???

general rakha karain baat ko,,
waise b above answers members k Q par hi diye gaye hain,,
baqi Polling apa k samaamne hi hay jiska matlab yhi hay k hum members ki marzi k khilaf decision alian hi nhi chahte!
maine to poocha hay k sab apne views share karain k kin basis pe baqi name add kiya jayain polling may?
cauz jo 3 nominees hain un may competition hay according to rules
baqio ki efforts n position se inkar nhi kiya ja rha,,sab newcomers sab family members ko hamesha unki activities daikhte huye wish kiya jata hay kuch na kuch special thread lgaye jaate hain etc
but yahan baat competition ki hay bahe,,compete to karain sab :s

If we were to talk from member's perspective..then I think polling mei kisi ka naam nahi hona chahiye....aur members ko jo member best lag raha hai performace ke lihaaz se..uska naam ap dei do.........

baqi admins ka kaam hai MOTM award decide karne ka...
dekha jae..MOTM is a big award so instead of giving MOTM...divide the awards into categories.....taakey idhar bhi log khush rahein..aur staff bhi...

shouldn't the scope be made bigger to include every member on TM! i mean nominations should be taken from members too :-?
