TM Staff k darmiaan aik bar phir se Board Contest start karwa diagayaha.. ap sab ko yahan invite kia jata ha k ap ki nazar may jo b most active mod of Oct2013 ha usay vote dejiye..
now ap k smanay koch questions ayein gay jin ko parh k kisi 1 staff member ka name select karte jana ha and den last main click SUBMIT button..

result iss poll ki base pe nahi bane ga...yeni ye poll to bekaar he hua na..chalain iss bat ko b chorain lekon kam az kam in the end ye to batana chahyay k kis ko kitne votes milay aur members ki nazar main winner koun thehra....?
Aisa poll kaheen aur nahi ho ga k jis main voters ko voting result nahi bataya jata siraf calculated result btaya jata ha,,,

bro last month b ap ko @Don ne ye baat smajhai thi.. actually Mod of the month k result banatay time different chezo k points die jatay hain.. like forum activity, posting, threads quantity and Public points etc etc.. so in sab chezo k different points hotay hain.. and at the end sab k points ko calculate kar k final jis k b points zyada hon usay public main Mod of the month k name se announce kia jata ha..
agar ye polls bekaar hoti to main her month k last 5 days may ye thread hergiz na banati :)
I hope ab apko clear ho gaya hoga..
