Ingredients:
Chicken.... 1 Kg
Oil ........100-150 grms
Dhaniya Powder... 2 table spoon
Tomato ...........4 large size
Onion........... 2 big size
Adrak lahsan paste.... 2 tea spoon
mirch powder......... 1 tea spoon
Shah zeera,daar cheeni,laung,elaichi,thori si
Haldi.................... 1/4 tea spoon
Curry leaves..........5-8 leaves
Hari mirch........ 4-5
Hara dhaniya
pudinah
Method:
First heat the oil in a deep fry pan or in karhaayi...
Fry the fine chopped onions till golden brown
Add curry leaves,chopped geen chillies,all garam masala,haldi,,adrak lahsan paste and again fry a little.
Add mirch powder and dhanya powder and mix chopped tomatoes..
jab sab masala acchi tarha bhoon jaye to isme chicken daalden..Aanch halki karden aur thora sa paani dalkar galne k liye sim par rakh den...
jabb paani khushk hojaye to stove band karden ya halka sa gravy bhi rakh sakte hain..
Garnish with hara dhanya,pudina,lemon...
Serve with garam chapatis or rice...
saath me salad aur dahi ka rayeta chawal khanewale hazraath k liye bahut maza deta hai...
