i agree with u .. n i do accept that m not so active duty to my studies.. n dusra jab mai online ati to pori TM sori hoti :( ... to mai bas 1 chukidaar ki tarah ati :D

neway i do suggest all TM active members to apply for mods' position jin ko lagta k wo staff main acha perform kar saken... ;)

Walekum Salam,
to be honest, I cannot disagree with you. Ap nay tamam valid point raise kiye hain. This is something jo hamari nazar may already tha or ab tak sirf halki phulki discussion hoi this is topic par, I guess last week. Is say pehle k mazeed is maslay par bat ki jaye may ap sab logo ko yeh inform karna chahta hon k jaab bhi koi bhi staff member inactive hota hai to wo bata k hota hai.. har staff member yeh batata hai k wo kitne arsay k lie or kiun inactive ho raha hai. Sab k apne apne reason hote hain.. Ayse bahut saray regular members bhi hain jo active inactive hote rehte hain... isi terhan staff bhi. But to be honest, poray saaal may Feb to April slow months hote hain. In months may staff to kia total traffic bhi baqi months say down rehta hai...

Is k ilawa may nay tamam replies perhay hain idher... and I really appreciate k ap sab ko fikar hai and yeh issue bahut hi peacefully raise kia gaya.. Thanks for that.

I also agree that Hoorain has been doing great, I wish I could copy paste her 10 times.

Now, ab hamay maslay ka pata chal chuka hai... to ise solve karne k lie ap logo k pass kia solution hai ? New staff, k bare may mein sure nahi kiun k jo bhi staff inactive hain un may say kafi log kuch weeks tak wapis ane wale hain plus, We are planning something Big for TM... Hopefully jise TM Birthday par implement kia jaye ga. Jo k ziada dor nahi...
