Our dedicated postpaid team will contact you on your newly activated Zong postpaid Subscription or on your other contact number within 24 Hrs of activation and will ask for confirmation of all the information provided by you. If you need to get any information change please request. Your Billing address will also be physically verified by our postpaid team so that all your bills and respective correspondence reach you in time. If in case your address is not verified in the first go we will make another two tries on the same addresses after contacting you, if your address is still not verified we will block your services and request you to get your address updated through our Customer services centre or Franchise.

- Bring your original CNIC & documents required for security waiver (if required)
- Choose your New Number & Package
- Fill out the Cellular Services Agreement Form
- Analysis of Security waiver documents may take 30 Mins depending on the nature of documents provided.
