Help help need reagrding over dose of medicine

hi guys,
im ADi,​

ap log ko pata hoga me pichle ek hafte se bukhar se pareshan hun, jis me shadeed sir dard ki waja se mene without dr ko consult kie bagher PANADOL EXTRA k ek hafte k ander pora packet kha lia, jis me normaly 24 tablets hoti hain, to is tarha mene her roz 3 tablets li hain, kabhi kabhi 4 bhi, but still sir dard me waqti tor per aram ata hai, phir kuch time bad phir se dard shuru hota hai, n ab to jab tak nai dard jata jab tak me panadol na khalun, so can anyone tell me k mujhe is tarha panadol khani chaiye k nai? kya is k koi side effect hunge, wese to mene is bare me socha nai, n abhi khayal aya to socha yaha ager koi med k bare me janta hoga to kuch hints mil jaegi...​

and i dun think k tumhain itna ziyada ye medicine lena chaiye, coz agar aaram aana hota toh jo affective tablets hoti hain un se 2 din main banda theek ho jaata hai aur ye toh tum 1 week se le rahe ho
first thing., k c a doctor aur ye bukhar etc b weather changing ki wajah se hai........hamare taraf b bot se logon ko hai aur pak main b
tum herbal treatment b lo, jese green tea lemon daal k aur agar chaho toh honey mix kar lo,...........i hope u get hv a speedy recovery

such kahu to mujhe kabhi bhi kisi dr ki dawai se aram aya hi nai, n is lie me jata bhi nai dr k, me khud hi theek hojata hun ... per is bar samjh nai araha its more then a week...

pehle muje ye btayain kia koi aisi medicine hay jis k side effects nhi hotey?
wo bhi OVERDOSE ki soorat may

You should never exceed the dose stated in the information leaflet supplied with this medicine. Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose with this medicine, even if you feel well, because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage."
aur waise bhi agar aap addictive ho gaye is k to bohat problem hogi

koi bhi medicine use karne se pehle doctor se pooch laina chahiye ya at least pamphlet pe warning aur side effects parh liya krain
abhi bilkul use mat krain theek se check up karwayain INSHAALLAH sab behtar hoga

Atif It Is So dangeerous you are going on wrong way.... Excess Of Every thing is Dangerous either its Food staff or a medicians....
its Excess dose is altinatly produse toxic effect in the body , Which Effect your brain...... Atif you dont should take medician In heavy dose...
Atif you should change your medician... And remember never Go In Sunlight With Naked Head... And you should take rest and don't think more about any thing...
Simply Ans of your ques is that it is sooo dangerous Never use heavy dose

Aur yahan itni shaan se bata rahe ho k packet khatm karli...
Panadol is banned in sme countries due to its effects...
If you dnt want to have any medicine,thn complete rest can treat ur illness...

hmmm abhi to nai khata, wese kal khai thi last time morning me 3 tablets ek sath office me, tung aaya tha pain se{(nea)}

kher us k bad dizzy feel hone lag gaya like light light, n thore chaker arahey they, then vomit hui to thora theek hua, kher us k bad se abhi tak nai li ab jab bhi sir dard hota ek cup strong tea pee raha hun,
