INGREDIENTS :

2 cups RIce
1 cup Jaggery crushed
1 packet Desiccated Coconut
1/2 cup Raisin
1/2 cup Coconut chopped
4 to 5 cup Water
How To Cook Gur Kay Chawal :
Wash and boil ½ cup rice in 4 to 5 cup water till tender. Add in 1 cup crushed jaggery, ½ cup raisin and ½ cup chopped coconut. Cook for few minutes till jaggery melts. Serve hot with milk.
