here is my sharing which i cOoked tOday ;;)
that was realy very tasty :D :p
MuttOn Karahi






Ingredients

Mutton ½ kg
Tomatoes ½ kg
Karahi masala 2 tbsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Red chili 1 tsp (crushed)
Cumin powder ½ tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Green chilies 4-5
Coriander to garnish (chopped)
Ginger to garnish 3-4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

Boil mutton and keep its stock aside.
Grind half tomatoes with half cup of mutton stock and cook this puree with 1 tbsp oil and add karahi masala.
When oil separates then keep it aside.
Heat remaining oil in a pan chopped tomatoes.
When tomatoes are tender then add turmeric powder, red chili crushed and garlic paste cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Add mutton, ginger, coriander powder and cumin powder.
Now add tomato puree, green chilies, ginger, all spice and black pepper.
Add ½ cup water and cook covered for 10 minutes on low flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and ginger.
then serve it :)

Recipe same Mutton Biryani ka hai, so that everyone knows,
may casually yeh biryani banaye the for family and guests so socha pics lekar yaha share keru, it depends on you if you include it in contest or not but mai just aapna yeh dish share ker rahe hu :)

Beef Stick Kebabs Recipe :

INGREDIENTS
Marinade Ingredients:

1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Kebab Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs top sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1 large bell pepper
1-2 medium red onions
1/2 to a pound button mushrooms
About 20 bamboo or wooden skewers
METHOD
1 Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and add the meat. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, preferably several hours or even overnight. (Heck, I've kept the meat marinating for a couple days, still great.)

2 Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling. This will help prevent them from completely burning up on the grill.

3 Cut the vegetables into chunks roughly the width of the beef pieces. Taking care not to poke yourself, thread the meat and vegetables onto double bamboo skewers. One way to do this safely is to put the piece that you are trying to pierce on a cutting board, and then push the skewers through the piece to the board. Using double skewers will help you turn the kebabs on the grill. If you keep a little space between the pieces, they will grill more evenly. Paint the kebabs with some of the remaining marinade.

3 Prepare your grill for high, direct heat. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on how hot your grill is, and how done you would like your meat, turning occasionally. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.


Beef Shawarma Roll & sandwich Recipe:

Total Time: 1 Hour 20 Minutes
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 60 Minutes
Level: Easy
Ingredients
2 lbs finely sliced fillet mignon or tenderized beef
1/2 cup finely sliced onion
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper (not required)
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/3 cup vinegar
Directions
In a large bowl mix first 13 ingredients and marinate for 4 hours or overnight. Place in 2 inch pan and cover with aluminum foil, place in 400 degree preheated oven for 40 minutes. Pour off excess liquid and remove foil, cook in oven for an additional 20 minutes. Serve with pita bread Or make a shawarma sandwich & roll .
