Main admins se yeh pochna cahti hun k app loag akhir kyun koi permanent nahi nikal rahy 1 shaks yahan aa k roz roz TM ki itni talented member @Shizu k baray main jo dil main ata hai bakwas kar jata aur app loag bina koi action liye bas usko ban kart dete hain n uski posts remove kar di jati hain.............. uska IP koi nahi block kar rahy woh yahan aa karo roz itna gand phela jata hai aur itny saray jo staff memebrs hain woh kuch karty hi nahi...........
Forums to bhut saray hain lakin sab main yeh mujhy best laga tha tabhi main ney join kiya lakin ajj afsoos hai k yahan koi aisa action nahi ley raha jis waja se ek permanat solution samny aye aur iss k jawab dey app sab staff members hain aur yeh koi aaj pheli bar nahi hua 1 lamby arsay se hota chala aa raha hai.............. aur aisi batein bardasht nahi hotin........... Jo new members hain woh yehi sochein gay k yahan yeh sab entertain kiya jata hai........ 1 larki pe bina kisi waja k roz ungli uthayi ja rahi hai BHUT AFSOOS KI BAAT HAI

main ADMIN hoty to kuch karty i think..
but as I am not more than a MOD. so ye sab dekh k Resign karna better hy..
coz HR wants k main resign karun..aur mashALLAH ADMINS itne rapid steps le rahe hain..jis se har cheez solve ho ja rahi hy
so i think resign karke khud ko pur sukoon karna better hy..
coz ignorence ki bhi had hoty hy na.

but I don't think so k iss ka koi permanent hal hy. iss tarah k log apko her mor her gali main milain gay apko torny k leye
apko azmany k leye.

Beshak ye mushkil hy lekin iss tarah k logon say nibatny ka behtreen hal ye hy k unhain ignore ker dia jay...
