brings one to knees, the ego lost, hours spent in waiting and serenading,
words brought forth from the unfathomable depths of heart,
to craft the most bewitching panegyrics, finest and truest ones,
for he wrote with shimmering drops in his love struck eyes,
and a heart that bled from times immemorial, moving the beholder to ecstasy and pain at the same time, for he never knew artifice..! He lost sleep, wide awake as the moon in the stillness of night, to coo into her ears, to sooth her soul, reading stories from life's sooty chapters, eliciting love from her, comforting her as the night ebbed, aging deeper and blacker, asking nothing in return..!
