As-Salaam alaykum,
Rajab is the 7th month of the Islamic Calendar and is one of the 4 sacred months. The Noble Prophet, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, said as related by Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that:-
"Sha'aban is my month, Rajab is the month of Allah Almighty, and Ramadan is the purifier."
If a person fasts in this month, Allah Almighty blesses him/her with 3 things: Forgiveness of past sins, Protection against future sins and Protection against the thirst of the Day of Judgement."
As we are already in the sacred month of Rajab in this year of 1437 A.H, may I have the pleasure of inviting your attention to the attached file carrying a brief account of the virtues of Rajab for your attention.
