Keeping in view the cherished desire of the Aligarians to establish a Residential University like Aligarh, the Chancellor has succeeded in acquring 200 Acres of Land in the Education City being developed by Government of Sindh. Through his influence and personal efforts Rs. 30 Crores have been saved in its purchase. Steps have been taken to save it from encroachers. The conceptual planning is in progress and the same will be placed before the General Body for approval.
