First try to restart your phone if not work then reset it using the code *#7370# after full reset then try it InshAllah it will work.

i haved already reinstall mobile updated software , soft reset with *#7870# and *#7370# youtube ka page open ho jata hai per koi b video open karo to unable to find media clip ajata hai
