"Member Of The Month" Contest Rules UPDATED!!!

Assalam o Alaikum TM,
howz everyone doing?
just ek Important Announcement karni thi ke "Member of The Month" monthly contest k rules ko update kiya jaa raha hai in order to make it easy for u all to understand the criteria and work towards it to meet your target......

please have a look:

1. Evaluation poore month k basis pe hongi.
2. Award daine k liye ye daikha jaaye ga k aap(member) ki posts kitni useful aur logical thi.
3. thread quantity should not matter but thread QUALITY should be standard.
4. Member ka behaviour be count hoga dusre members k saath.
5. agar koi member kisi waja se poore month nhi aa paaya but month k last may bohat achi activity show karta hay jo sab ki nazar may ho to uski activity next month k awrad k liye count ki jaani chahiye tan k uski bhi hosla afzayi rhe.
6. sab koshish karain k new aane waale member ki orinetation aurr welcome ache se karain tan k wo aasani se TM pe adjust ho sakkey sab k saath...

so at the end of every month, MOTM award us person/member ko diya jaye ga jis ne ye saari requirements poori ki hongi.....

hope it makes sense aur ap MOTM k rules sahi se samajh gaye hongay
agar kisi b kisam ki confusion ho n u want to clear it out den don't hesitate n hv a say....​
