Japanese researchers have developed a tiny kinetic battery that can generate 22 milliwants of power through only the slightest vibrations.
That's 20 times more than current technologies deliver. I uses Galfenol, a megnetic material developed by the US Naval Research Laboratory in 1988 - super tough, and can with stand temperatures of 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit.
