mardon k liye takhno se neche kapda latkana haram hai aur aur ek hadees me kabirah gunah bhi kaha gaya hai

aurton k liye hukm hai k jab wo bahar nikle to ser se paun tak apne apko dhank len sure nisa aur sure noor me iski tafseel maujood hai... jo apne jism ko theek se nahi dhankti unko Allah se darna chahiye aur parde ki pabandi karni chahiye

sabse pehle apke title par nazar dalte hain kea takhno ko kapre se dhaankna jaez he........? hadees me hai k takhno par kapde ko na latkao yahan par latkane se mana kiya gaya hai latkana yane jo cheez upar se latak rahi ho dhankna alag hogaya to jo kapda chahe ho pant ho ya phir thob jo k arab pahente hain agar takhno se niche hoga to wo galat hai isse parhez karna chahiye hadeeson par nazar dalen to kaafi waeeden hain abhi ham apke samne wo hadeesen pehs karte hain

Al-Bukhaari reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whatever of the izaar (lower garment) is below the ankles is in the Fire." (al-Bukhaari, no. 5787)

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "There are three whom Allaah will not look at or praise on the Day of Judgement and theirs will be a painful punishment: the one who wears his garment below his ankles, the one who reminds others of his favours, and the one who sells his product by means of making false oaths" (reported by Muslim, no. 106)

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Isbaal (wearing one’s garment below the ankles) may apply to the izaar (lower garment), the shirt or the turban. Whoever allows any part of these to trail on the ground out of arrogance, Allaah will not look at him on the Day of Judgement." (reported by Abu Dawud, no. 4085, and al-Nisaa’i, no. 5334, with a saheeh isnaad).

Ibn ‘Abbaas reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Allaah will not look at the one who wears his lower garment below his ankles." (Reported by al-Nisaa’i in al-Mujtabaa, Kitaab al-Zeenah, Baab Isbaal al-Izaar).

Hudhayfah said: "The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) took hold of the muscle of my calf (or his calf) and said, ‘This is where the izaar should stop; if you insist, it may be lower, but it should not reach the ankles.’" (Reported by al-Tirmidhi, who said this is a saheeh hasan hadeeth; see Sunan al-Tirmidhi, no. 1783)

All of the ahaadeeth quoted above speak against isbaal, whether or not the intention is to show off; but if a person does this deliberately out of arrogance, there is no doubt that his sin is greater. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Allaah will not look at the one who trails his izaar on the ground out of pride." (al-Bukhaari, no. 5788)

Jaabir ibn Sulaym said: "The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to me: ‘Beware of wearing one’s lower garment below the ankles, because this is a kind of showing-off, and Allaah does not love showing-off.’" (Regarded as saheeh by al-Tirmidhi, no. 2722).

Allah hame aise amal se bachaye doston gaur karne wali baat hai Allah k Rasul sallellahu alayhi wasallam ka hukm chahe wo dadhi k mutalliq ho ya kapde ka takhno se niche latkena ka hukm wajib hai aur mohibbe Rasul ye nahi sochta k ye choti sunnat hai ya badi balke bas usne sunliye uspe amal shuru kar deta hai haan insan se khatayen hoti rehti hain lekin jo rujoo karle uske liye kamiyabi hai jo iss par aise hi amala karta rahe jaankar bhi to uske liye duniya o akhirat me khasara hai

ab in hadeeson par gaur karen jine me majmuyi taur par ye baat aayi hai k takhno se niche kapde ko latkana takabbur ki nishani hai haram hai aur gunahe kabira hai...aur iski saza kya hai uska wo hissa Jahannum ki aag me hoga aur takhno se niche kapda latkane walon ko Allah Qayamat k din dekhna pasand nahi karega Allahuakbar Allah hame aise amal se bachaye doston ye choti cheez nahi hai Allah k Rasul sallellahu alayhiwasallam k farman ko na manne se Allah kis qadar naraz hota hai k usko dekhna bhi pasan nahi karta....

upar jo hadeesen hamne pesh ki usme thore hadeeson me takhno k niche kapda latkane ko takabbur kaha gaya hai aur thore hadeeson me bina takabbut k bhi kapda latkane ko haram kaha gaya hai...

aur jab Allah k Rasul sallellahu Alayhiwasallam k farman k baad hamara ye kehna k hamare andar to takabbur nahi ye kehna hi takabbur hai jaise k hadees me sahabi ne yehi baat kahi k mere andar to takabbur nahi to Aap sallellahu Alayhi wasallam ne kaha tera ye kehna hi takabbur hai

No one is able to be completely free of pride and arrogance, even if he claims that this is so. Such a claim is unacceptable, because by saying it, he is praising himself. Only in the case of those whom the wahy (revelation) testified that they were free of pride do we believe that this is the case. For example, there is a hadeeth which states that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever trails his garment on the ground out of pride, Allaah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection." Abu Bakr said to him, "O Messenger of Allaah, my izaar slips down if I do not pay attention to it." He said: "You are not one of those who do it out of pride." (Reported by al-Bukhaari, no. 5784)

What indicates that isbaal is prohibited even if it is not done out of pride is the hadeeth of Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri, may Allaah be pleased with him, who said: "The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘The lower garment of the Muslim should come down to mid-calf, but there is nothing wrong if it is between that point and the ankles. Whatever is lower than the ankles is in the Fire. Whoever trails his garment on the ground out of pride, Allaah will not look at him." (Reported by Abu Dawud, no. 4093, with a saheeh isnaad.)

aur rahi baat socks ki to khud Allah k Rasul sallellahualayhiwasllam ne pehne hain aur uspar masah karne ki kayi hadeesen hain jinse pata chalta hai k apne moze bhi pehne hain aur sahaba bhi pehna karte the

The evidence for that is the hadeeth of Safwaan ibn ‘Assaal (may Allaah be pleased with him) who said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) commanded us, when we were travelling, not to remove our khufoof for three days and three nights, except in the case of janaabah. But we could keep them on and wipe over them in the case of stools, urine and sleeping.” This was narrated by Ahmad from the hadeeth of Safwaan ibn ‘Assaal (may Allaah be pleased with him) in his Musnad.

the hadeeth of ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib (may Allaah be pleased with him) who said: “The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) stated one day and one night for the one who is not travelling, and three days and three nights for the one who is travelling, i.e., for wiping over the khufoof.” This was narrated by Muslim.

It was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) that he used to pray wearing his shoes. Anas ibn Maalik (may Allaah be pleased with him) was asked, “Did the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) pray wearing shoes?” He said, “Yes.” (al-Bukhaari, 386; Muslim, 555).

in hadeeson se moze aur jute pahenne ka saboot milta hai
aur koi bhi Allah k Rasul sallellahu Alayhiwasallam ki unki baat se nahi takrati dono me hamare samajhne me farq hoga aur wahan alag hukm hai

jaise kapde ka latkana haram hai jaise izaar ka upar se latakte huye takhno tak ya uske niche tak aajana
aur moze latakte nahi hain wallahu aalam

umeed hai baat puri wazahat k sath apke samne agayi hogi insha Allah
