Asslam alekm! kya koi muje ye bata sakta hai k meri office ki files ko jb open krta hon tu office converter error aarah hai.

koi is ka Soulution hai kisi k pass. sab files aese hi error de rai hain chahe wo excel ki ho ya word ki...


files bht important hain....

please help me about/

mera nai khyal k version ka masla hai....

q k mene 2007, 2003, 2002 97 sab kr k dekhe. just 2010 nai kya...

vese b file sab hi ese error de rahi hai.

well.... esa problem tha meray sath bhi.... aap just net say software download ker lain...
aap k is screen shot say yehi lag raha hay k aap ki file MS Office old version ki hay.... is liye aapko show nhi ho pa rhi hy or aap 2003 use ker rahay hyn....

Coz 2007 ya is say up version ki jo file hoti hy vo agr aap 2003 m open keraingay to aapko same problem face kerna hogi....

bro hamne bhi kuch files jo delete hochuki thi unko recover kiye wo to hogaya sare files mil gaye lekin open hone me yehi text bata raha hai shayad ye corrupt hogayi hon damage hogayi hon /:)

aapka yeah data corrupt ho chuka hai..., aapke PC maen koi aisa virus travel kar gaya jis ne data corrupt kar diya hai..., same problem hamare office ki eik branch maen bhee hua thaa, hum ne sir taur koshish kar lee thee laikin data recover nah kar sakey,

yeah sub virus ki wajaah se hua hai, before this incident aap ne ya to koi antivirus naheen install kya hoga yaa phir antivirus ko regular update naheen karte honge, or second main thing aap USB ka frequent use karte honge...

yeah problem mostly wahaan hoti hai jahaan frequently USB use ki jaati hai, due to which virus travel karta hai or aapke data ko corrupt karta hai....

ab kya janab iska koi hal nahi jo data corrupt hochuka hai kya dobara usko theek kiya jasakta hai ?
