Effects Of High Heals..!!​

Prolonged wearing of high heels can cause a permanent damages like bunions,​
​
hammertoes, leg tendons.. This are mainly caused due to pressure on ball of the foot.​
​
The higher the heels, the greater is the pressure. This can also affect the knee and back.​

So on wearing high heels continuously you are increasingly damaging your feet.​

theek bole to normal ...basicalyy bht si larkyan height kam hone ki waja se heels pehnti hian ...mujhse to bari heel sambhali b nhi jati:(

only in subcontinent....but in europe n amerika ..if u see they r sooo tall ...but still wearing high heels......cos its fashion.....hamarey haan hieght ki wajah se pehni jatee hai .......................zahir hai aap pehnti nhee tu practice nhee...si lye ap ko mushkil hotee hotee ho g..!![DOUBLEPOST=1345872495][/DOUBLEPOST]
