Assalam o Alaikum Tafreehmela Members,​

Mujhe interview main request ki gayi hai ke main sab TM members ko koi b advice doon. So here I am with a letter or note u can say. Well kuch ziyada tou nai kehna but jo mene yahan pe mehsoos kiya aur jo cheez mein correct karna chahoongi us ko mention kr deti hoon aur us pe choti c advice. ​

Sab se pehli baat misunderstandings ki aur members ki aapis main chotay motay ikhtelafat ki hai. Tou us k liye yeh kehna hai k jab hum log ek family main (even hamaray personal life main) problems, arguments aur jhagre hotay hain lekin us mein kisi b cheez ko quit kr dena ya fir apno ko chor dena problem ka hal nai hota, balki us maslay ko mil k solve krne se hi acche results/improvements hotay hai……..mostly esa hota hai k hamen misunderstandings hoti hain kisi insaan ya kisi cheez k baray main, aur us ko clear karnay k bajaye jab hum khud hi us ko sach maan letay hain aur dil main rakhtay hain tu sooner or later who hatred ya violence main badal jaati hai….​

(ye mera personal experience hai ke jab b ghalat fehmi mein ghalat faisla tou later on sacchai patah chalnay per regression hua, but tab tak bohat der ho chuki hoti hai) ​

Second yeh k ek doosray ko samajh’na chaiye, jab b koi faisla, baat kahen tou doosray ko kehnay se pehle ye sochna chaiye ke agar un ke jagah hum hotay tou kese feel kartay aur kese react karte . ​

Ye forum sab k liye hai aur banaya bhi isi liye gaya hai taa k log jab apne asal zindagi se stress ya thakan feel Karen tou yahan relax ho saken apne frndz aur baqi logon ki company main. Learning good and passing it on to others , making others smile, being soft and tender, avoiding jealousy and hypocrisy , ignoring the idiots , living peace fully should be our motive ……​
