All the Muslims are requested to stay away from naats as much you can, because this is hidden stabbing of shaitan. Let us understand how can that be, since it includes all praises of Allah and the Prophet pbuh.

Naats are human written lyrics and when a anyone singing naat, it makes your soul and heart peaceful and attracts you to listen to more and more. You said yes it is true.
Quran is a lyrics of Allah talking to human being and want human being to recite or listen and understand, direct revealed to the Prophet pbuh thru Jibreel, true words of Allah unchanged. When a human being recites it or listen to it, his heart starts cleaning from sins and descrease the power of shaitan and makes your heart pure from reciting or listening to recitation.
