As mentioned in Hadith, Dajjal (anti-Christ) will not be able to enter Madina (city having Roza-e-Rasool (SAW) situated in Saudi Arabia) when he will turn out. The Hadith is given below.
Narrated Abi Saeed (R.A):
Dajjal will revolve around the Earth but it will be haraam and impossible for him to enter Madina.
There will be three earthquakes at that time and all the Munafiqeen and Kuffaar (non-believers) will get out from Madina and will become his (Dajjal’s) companions.
(Bukhari)
Thus, it is proved that being resided in Madina is not the guarantee that you will be saved from Dajjal. Allah’s Apostle (S.A.W.) has mentioned the method to save yourself from Dajjal.
How to save yourself from DAJJAL??? (According to Hadith)
DAJJAL:
Dajjal is a fitnah predicted by the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) would come out near Qayamah and will be the most difficult fitnah (trial) for the people. He will call himself God. He will have a Hell and a Heaven granted to him by the ALLAH ALMIGHTY, but according to Hadith, his Hell will really be Heaven and his Heaven will really be Hell. You could imagine about the extent of fitnah-e-Dajjal (trial of Dajjal) by the fact that Allah’s Apostle himself demanded refugee of Allah from Dajjal.
SAVE YOURSELF FROM DAJJAL:
As mentioned by the Prophet (S.A.W.) that faith (eeman) will be the only thing which will save us from being betrayed by Dajjal. Inspite of this, Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.) also advised Muslims to recite Surah Kahf سورة الكهف (The Cave) on every Friday before sunset as it will guide them to fight (or resist) (or as our Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) said) against the trial (fitnah) of DAJJAL.
Hadith about saving yourself from DAJJAL:
The Prophet (s.a.w) commanded us to recite the opening verses of Soorat al-Kahf against Dajjaal. Some reports mention the last verses of this surah. This means reciting the first ten verses or the last ten.

Which Aayats of Surah Kahf should be recited to protect oneself from Dajjal’s Fitnah?

The first ten Aayah, as mentioned in many Ahadeeth. It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Darda (رضى الله عنه) that if anyone learns by heart the first ten Aayah of Surtul-Kahf, he will be protected from the Dajjaal. (Kitaabus-Salaah, Sahih Muslim)
والله اعلم
So, in the light of these Ahadeeth we agree that we should recite the first ten or last ten verses of Surah Kahf. Its better to make your habit to recite it whole on Friday.
