okay, so Fit rehne k lie kia zaroori hai ? lots of exercise ? Lots of activity ? Lots of running ? Healthy eating ? Less junk food ? waghera waghera... well yeh sab sun k to shayad kuch log unfit rehne ka hi decision le lein.. because it sounds too much..
How about If I tell you some secretes to stay healthy and fit .... ? ayse secretes jisay sun k na to dar lage ga or na hi yeh karnay may mushkil hain... Ap ki kissi qism ki exercise ki zaroorat nahi, or na hi ap ko kissi strict diet par jane ki zaroorat hai.. Just follow these instructions..​
Do Not Drink Water After Meal. that is right, kahna kahne k foran baad pani peena theek nahi hai, specially cold water. Cold water ap k digestion process ko slow kar deta hai. jis ki wajah say food digest der say hota hai or paet phool jata hai. Agar ap ki adat hai kahne k bad pani pene ki ya ap ko acha lagta hai to drink warm or normal temperature water, but cold.

Stop Being a Couch Potato!!... Yes, ek bahut bari wajah mota hone ki ya fit na rehne ki wo yeh k ap zada time couch par beth k TV dekhte hain ya phir chair par beth k computer use karte hain... Specially hamara prime time hota hai raat ka jaab usually gher may dinner serve kia jata hai usi time TV par ayse program ate hain jo hum chor nahi sakte.. Nateeja kia hota hai k hum kahna kah k wahi bethe rehte hain ghanto tak or TV dekhte hain... kahna kahne k bad kabhi bhi lettay or bethein nahi, bal k chalein phirein. 20 minutes walk is good enough.

teen time se zayada baar khane ka time kahan milta hy 12 ghante to office me chale jate hy aur kch ghante sone me :eek:

mujhe bas belly fat kam karna hy koi asaan nusqa sirf pait galane k lie batao :D

agar ap ki job requirement hai to koshish karein k every 40 minutes ap 2 min walk kia karein. Is say ap ka mind bhi re fresh hota rahe ga or ap k muscles ko harkat bhi mile gi. is k liawa ap koshish karein k chair par lean back (teeek) kam say kaam karein.. koshish karein k straight back k sath bethein.

Allah na raat banai hai sone k lie.. So do sleep for 7 to 8 hours in one shot.
