Suji Ka Halwa
Granular flour___ 250 grams
Sugar___ 1 quarter kg
Ghee__ 375 grams
Dry fruit___ as required
First of all cut all the dry fruits.
Then keep the sweetner of sugar as tight as halwa(pudding).
Fry the granular flour into the ghee with cardamon.
On the appearence of reddishness and when it gives aroma
then add all the dry fruits in it.
Then fry at low flame after adding the sweetner when it leaves ghee add sweet water
only 2 drops or add rose water 5 tola and freeze into any vessel.
Then add sliver paper and to make it beautiful sprinkle the
flakes of pistachio and almonds and cut with thye help of kniofe into required and desired slices.
But no need to draw.
On cooling heat the bootm of the tray and draw them.
