What does Islam say about Music ? Hamaray baray hamay music sunnay say mana karte hain or kehte hain k Islami lehaz say yeh shai nahi... laykin aj kal har naat may music bahra hota hai pehle to sirf dhool hota tha ab to pop music bhi dala jata hai...

To kia Music sunna haram hai ya sirf mana hai ? or agar sunna gaye to us ka kia gunnnah hai ?

or islam may daf bajanay ki pir b tore bht gunjiesh hay,but chotay bacchay unko baja kar asay sher par saktay hay,jin may koe sharyat k kilaf bat na ho,
or 1 hadees ka mfhoom ye b hay k'gana sunnay walay kan jannat ki soreli awazo say mehroom rahen gay'(hay na saviou bhi,ise tara kuch hay na?)
or ajkal jo natt k say sat pop music bajta hay na ye sab haram hay,Allah or Allah k pyaray nabi ka nam jis tara shor sharabay or masti may lia jata hay,ye sab haram hay,pata nae kia hogiya hay mosalmano ko,
kuda deen ki sahe samaj ata farmae hamay,ameen

well me bhi zada nai janta but itna pata hai k music or gana,ye purane zamane me nai tha,us waqt sirf log talia baja ker or seeti bajate the jis se mana kia gaya tha...

music kya hai??
music is a combination of beat/rythm with tune...
tune is created by using the 7 notes (sath surr)
jise hum tarz bhi kehte hain,

naat me music hoti hai ye ap nai keh sakte,(kunsi naat suni hai pehle wo pata chale phir bata sakta hun use hua hai ya nai)

kher naatun me tune use hoti hai,jise hum dhun tarz bhi kehte hain.n us per bol fit kiye jate hain,
or ye haram nai,kyun k tarz me to hum quran bhi perte hain...

Islam ka pora daromadar neeyat per hi hota hai,jo naat khwan ki neeyat hogi wo Allah behter jane,ager us ne apni awaz me feelings lane k liye tarha tarha ki tarz nikali (ta k log use sune,or jab sunege to hi pata chalega k bol kya hai kya kehna chah raha hai naat khwan) this is the best way of representing your word with feelings,bht se log dhun ki waja se naat sunte hain or us me jo msg hota hai wo un tak puhanch jata hai,to its a good thing...sari baat neeyat per hi agai... k sun ne wale ki kya neeyat hai?or sunane wala ki kya neeyat hai...

acha kher me ap logun ko bayan kerta hun,k AZAN ka aghaz kese hua tha,

jab Allah k nabi S.A.W ko kaha gaya k apne umati se kaho k namaz parhe,tab humare pyare nabi S.A.W, ne sahabion se pocha k namaz k liye logun ko kis tarha bulaein,tab ek sahabi ne kaha hum jhanda le ker jaenge gali gali k namaz ka waqt hogaya,to ap S.A.W ne farmaya k is tarha to jinhun ne wo jhanda nai dekha unki namaz chot jaegi,phir kisi ne kaha k hum ek ghanti(just like church bell) le ker jaenge or baja ker sab ko bulaeinge,tab App S.A.W ne kaha k ye christian logun ka mazhab hai jo bell bajate hain hum un ko follow nai ker sakte,phir akhir kar raat hogai or sab sogae,agle din subah ko ek sahaba-ekaram bhag ker ap S.A.W k pas ae or kaha ya rasool Allah,mene khwab dekha k me bazar me ghanti kharedne ja raha hun namaz k liye logun ko bulane k liye to ek dukandar ne mujhse kaha,ager tum logun ko namaz k liye bulana hi chahte ho o ye ghanti choro or buland awaz me kaho k,Allah ho Akbar Allah ho akbar,Ash,had Allah ilaha ilallah...(n so on like azan) to humare pyare nabi S.A.W samjh gae ye khwab tume Allah rab-ul-izzat ki taraf se aya tha,or is se behtareen tareeka koi or ho hi nai sakta,ab baat ai k kaun azan dega to humare pyare nabi S.A.W ne kaha k jao ye sab BILAL ko sikha do,to jin sahaba ko ye khwab aya tha wo thora mayoos hue unhun ne kaha k ye khwab to unhe aya tha,to ye haq bhi unka hona chahiye,tab humare pyare nabi S.A.W ne farmaya,

k BILAL ki AWAZ me jab log azan sunege to khud hi khiche chale aenge,or me ye chahta hun k jab log azan sune to unhe bht acha lage,hazrat billal ki awaz itni khobsurat thi,phir achanak dosre sahaba-e-karam ae or unhun ne bhi yehi khwab sunaya,to jo pehle sahaba they unhe itmenan hogaya k ye khwab sirf un k liye nai tha...to is tarha AZAN ka aghaz hua...

is kisse se saaf zahir hai k jo bhi msg khoobsurat andaz me dia jata hai wo sab ko acha bhi lagta hai or ek banefit bhi hota hai k wo apki bat sune,to naat me achi awaz achi tune use kerna koi haram nai...bas naat me shirkiya alfaz nai hone chaiye... or rythm or beat bnhi nai,baki sab thek hai...

ab ap kaheinge k rythm or beat kya?

ap logun ne AWAIZ RAZA QADRI ki to natein suni hi hungi,mashallah Allah ne unhe bht pyari awaz di hai,bas ghalat kya tha?rythm, unki shuru ki naat me jo background rythm tha(jise wo ziker bhi kehte they) wo zara durust nai tha,unhun ne Allah k naam ko as a rythm k tor per use kia tha,unki naat sun ker ager koi jhume or nache to ye ghalat tha,naatein decent honi chahiye... kher ab to unki bhi naatein bht achi hogai hain...

or ek mere favourite naat khwan hai,JUNAID JHAMSHED,
inka to me bht pehle se fan tha,kher in ki natun me background me churus hai(like junaid bhai ki hi awaz do bar ya teen bar different andaz me overlay record ki hain,jis me koi burai nai,is se awaz or bhi khobsurat hogai n us ki khobsurati ki waja se logun k gher gher me msg pohanch gaya...

ye batein mujhse behter or kaun samjhega,k recording k waqt kya use kia gaya hai
ek or cheez use kerte hain jo naat me wo hote hain effects,ECHO,reverb n delay ye awaz ko or bhi khobsurat banate hain or in me koi haram baat nai...jab tak banane wale ki neeyat saaf hai...

gaanu me jo shirkia shayeri hoti hai wo sab se ghalat hoti hai,baki gana to hai hi nai islam me..to thats a different thing...we cannot compare it with naat....

wese purani kuch natein or humd hain,jin me totaly music hai,like shah-e-madina,mula ya sale wasallim,aya hai bulawa mujeh darbar naabi se,or is tarha adnan sami ki humd aye khuda...n etc..in me totaly music hai like drums guitar bass,every thing,ab ye kiss had tak theek hai wallah-oalam..Allah hi behter janta hai...

isme olama ka ikhtelaf hai uski wajoohat bhi hain

lekin ham agar Quran aur hadees me dekhen to hame iski wazahat milti hai

"And befool them gradually those whom you can among them with your voice (i.e. songs, music, and any other call for Allah's disobedience), make assaults on them with your cavalry and your infantry, share with them wealth and children (by tempting them to earn money by illegal ways - usury, or by committing illegal sexual intercourse), and make promises to them." But Satan promises them nothing but deceit.
( سورة الإسراء , Al-Isra, Chapter #17, Verse #64)

And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e. music, singing, etc.) to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah without knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allah, or the Verses of the Qur'an) by way of mockery. For such there will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-fire).
( سورة لقمان , Luqman, Chapter #31, Verse #6)

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The bell is the musical instrument of the Satan. (Book #024, Hadith #5279)


Narrated Abu 'Amir or Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari: that he heard the Prophet saying, "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of musical instruments, as lawful. And there will be some people who will stay near the side of a mountain and in the evening their shepherd will come to them with their sheep and ask them for something, but they will say to him, 'Return to us tomorrow.' Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them, and He will transform the rest of them into monkeys and pigs and they will remain so till the Day of Resurrection." (Book #69, Hadith #494v)

aur jahan tak singing ki baat hai to ahadees se dalail milte hain jab Allah k Rasul sallellahu alayhiwasallam ne shadi ki to kuch choti ladkian kuch ashaar gaa rahi thi jisko Allah k Rasul sallellahu alayhiwasallam ne mana nahi kiya balke usme kuch alfaz jo Allah k Rasul sallellahu alayhiwasallam ki tareef me zyada ho rahe the to kaha k ye na kaho baki sab kaho

to gana bina music k aur wo bhi sharee taur par jayez hai lekin aise ashaar hon jisme jhoot ho lagu baten shirkiya baten wo galat hai

aur hame Azaan aur aaj k gane bajene ko compare nahi karna chahiye Aazaan me khalis tauheed aur risalat ki gawahi hamari falah ki ki taraf rehnumai hoti hai

aaj kal jo ham dekhte hain naat jo ke kayi channels par aate hain khaas kar Qtv kuch zyada hi popular hia isme to ye sara sar galat hai umse music hoti hai aur Allah k naam ko kayi tareeqon se bigad kar liya jata hai kuch molvion ne isse jayez karar diya isliye ye halal nahi hosakta apke samne dalail maujood hain Quran aur Hadees se..

MUSIC - IT`S EFFECTS
Muslims are aware that nothing has been prohibited by Allah except that which is harmful to the welfare of a Muslim individual and the society as a whole. The divine attribute behind the prohibition of music can be comprehended by looking into the diverse influence music can have.
Experiments carried out by doctors and professors have confirmed that the music of today is such that it does not only affect the brain, but each and every organ of one`s body. There is a close relationship between music and bodily movements. We find that people listening to music automatically start tapping their fingers and feet, as if the music is permeating in their blood.
It is also proved that music affect`s one`s emotions, increases arousal in terms of alertness and excitement and also leads to various physiological changes in the person. In a psychology experiment, it was found that listening to moderate type of music increased one`s normal heart beat, whilst listening to rock music the heart beat increased even further, yet people claim that music has no effect.
It is a very ignorant and misguided attitude to percieve music as a form of pleasure and passing of time, since the messages of today`s music follow a general theme of love, fornication, drugs and freedom.
We find that the whole world is obsessed with the kufr idea of freedom, i.e. freedom of speech, freedom of movement, etc. In modern schools and universities, we observe independence, free expression and secular thinking being encouraged. This idea of freedom, “ It`s my life, I`ll do what I want” is a predominant, underlying theme of today`s music. It is being used as a means for drilling those modern ideologies that are totally contrary to Islamic Shariah and values, into the minds of Muslims.
One should abstain from evil audacities such as listening to music and encourage others to do the same too.
