As-Salaam alaikum,
May I take a minute of your time and remind you/us of the following words of the master of Mankind and Jinn, Sayyadina Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, where he said:--
"DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL, FOR IT IS THE KEY TO ALL EVIL" [ Ibn Majah].
"THE BEAUTY OF ONE'S ISLAM REQUIRES HIS LEAVING ALL THINGS THAT
DO NOT CONCERN HIM" [Ibn Hibban].
"LIVELIHOOD SEEKS A PERSON OUT IN THE SAME WAY THAT HIS DEATH
SEEKS HIM OUT." [Ibn Hibban].
"ALL THE CHILDREN OF ADAM ARE WRONGDOERS, BUT THE BEST WRONGDOERS
ARE THOSE THAT REPENT" [Tirmidhi].
"FEED THE HUNGRY, VISIT THE SICK AND FREE CAPTIVES" [Bukhari].
Yes, these are Noble words of advice meant to guide, enlighten and inspire us as we embark on the journey towards the Day of Resurrection.
