How can I learn to read Urdu ? I am able to understand 20% to 30% urdu words.

I am not able to read Urdu. now I wish to learn Urdu reading.
Kindly provide me video tutorials so i can make proper Pronunciation.


Also provide me Urdu-English, English-Urdu dictionary. So i can find out meaning for words.
