All of these treatments are easy to prepare and can be made with ingredients, which should be readily available in your kitchen. Read on for a delightful range of treatments that will give you the radiance you desire for your big day!

    EXFOLIATING SCRUB
An effective exfoliating scrub - take one dry roti (chapatt)i, crumble it, stir in two tablespoons of cold yoghurt, add one teaspoon of sugar and apply to the face in circular motions. Leave it on for five minutes and wash off with cold water to feel fresh and exfoliate.

    NATURAL TONER
The juice of an orange when massaged into the face acts as an excellent toner, removing excess dirt and grease and provides a natural source of vitamin C directly to your skin.

In a blender, blend one peeled kiwi and one and a half teaspoons of lime juice. Add an equal amount of water and blend until smooth. Use a cotton ball to apply to face for natural toning.

    BLEACHING FACIAL
A home made natural bleach to fade out those sun tans. Make a paste of fresh spinach leaves in a blender and add a few drops of lemon juice. Apply evenly to the face. Leave on for 10 minutes and wash off with cold water. This serves as a natural cleanser too.

MOISTURISING FACE PACK FOR DRY SKIN
Mix together half a cup of natural yogurt, one tablespoon of honey, and quarter of a mashed ripe banana. Apply this pack on your face and neck and leave for ten minutes and then rinse off with cold water.

    BLEMISH FREE FACE MASK
For a blemish free complexion mix three dessert spoons of yoghurt with one tablespoon of gram (channa) flour and one teaspoon of haldi (turmeric) to make a smooth and fairly thick paste. Add a few drops off water if necessary. Apply evenly to the face leave on for ten minutes. Wash off thoroughly with cold water

    SENSITIVE SKIN SOOTHER
Saturate a cloth or hanky in warm (not hot) chamomile tea. Press cloth over your face, flooding skin with liquid; hold against skin for five seconds. Rinse the cloth, restaurant and repeat this process two more times. Finish by gently patting face with a clean, dry towel.
