Ingredients:
Eggs (hard boiled) 8, tomato puree 1 cup, tomatoes 3, tamarined pulp 1/2 cup, crushed red chhillies 2 tbsp, roasted and crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp, crushed black pepper 1 tsp, green chilllies 8, ginger/garlic paste 2 tbsp, salt to taste, oil 5 tbsp, chaat masala and fresh coriander for garnishing.
Method:
. Heat oil in a pot. fry eggs and keep aside.
. Fry ginger and garlic in the same oil.
. Add tomatoes, tomato puree, red chillies, cumin, black pepper, green chillies and salt. add water as desired and cook till gravy thickens.
.Add eggs and tamarind pulp. fry.
. When oil surfaces, remove from flame.
. Serve delicious egg masala garnished with fresh coriander and chaat masala.
