    Ingredients
    1*Rice********************½ kilo . half boil
    2*Anda (egg)***************1
    3*Oil**********************½ cup
    4*Mattar(peas)**************¼ cup
    5*Gajar ( Carrot ) ***************¼ cup
    6* Shimla Mirch**************2
    7*Chicken****************** ½ pao
    8*Haari piyaaz ( Green Onion) ****3
    For Marinate
    9*Corn flour ***************1tsp
    10*Namak(Salt)************ ¼ tsp
    11*Safaid mirch( White pepper) ¼ tsp
    12* Chinese salt*************** ¼ + ¼ tsp
    13*Soya sauce ***************1+1tbsp

    Method
    Sab se phalay chicken main corn flour ,namak ,safaid mirchain ,Chinese salt and soya sauce mix ker kay 30 mint tak kay liyeh rakhdain phir 30 mint bad oil gram kerain us main anda daal ker tal lain phir jab anda tal jay tou ussay bahar nikaal lain phir us hi oil main tamam sabzi daal dain aur 5 mint tak pakain phir us main marinate chicken dalain phir 5 mint tak pakain phir us main rice daaldain aur upper se soya sauce aur Chinese salt aur tala hova anda daal ker dum pay rakhdain 15 mint bad Chinese rice taiyaar .
