    Kabooli chanay 250 gm(boil after soaking it for 1 hour,itna boil karain k soft hoon lakin mashy na hoon aur thora sa pani bhi ho)
    White cumin crushed 1 tsp
    Crushed red chillies 1 tsp
    Gram masala 1 tsp
    Chat masala 1 tsp
    Chano'n mein tamam ing add karain aur paka lain,half cup chanay nikal kar mash karain aur wapis add karain.

    Aaloo Tarkari

    Aaloo 1/2 kg (boil with skin and crush them coarsly)
    Rai 1/4 tsp
    Maithi dana 1/4 tsp
    Zeera 1 tsp
    Kalonji 1/4 tsp
    Heeng 2 pinches
    Haldi 1 tsp
    Lal mirch 11/4 tsp
    Crushed red chillies 11/4 tsp

    Oil mien rai,methi dana,zeera,heeng,kalonji ko thora sa fry karan,haldi,aalo, lal mirch,crushed chillies,pani(zara sa) daal kar cook karain.

    Sooji Halwa

    Ghee 1/2 cup
    Sooji 1 cup
    Sugar
    Elaichi 5-6
    Yellow food colour
    Gulab jaman 3-4 (crushed)
    Ghee mein elaichi.sooji ko bhoon kar sugar add karain aur pani daal kar food colour,gulab jaman daal kar bhoonain,thora sa ghee spoon karain aur dam par rakhain.

    ING:
    Flour (regular aata)
    Plain Flour
    Salt 1/2 tsp

    Method:

    Paani k sath dough ki kneading karnay k baad lengthwise roll karain,small balls cut karain.Plain flour ko sprinkle karain aur rolling pin se roll karain(poori should be very thin) & deepfry.

    Serve with Gajar Ka Achaar.
