Anday ka Halwa
Sugar___ 375 grams
Eggs___ 8 nos
Ghee___ 125 grams
Beat the eggs well after breaking them into the sugar.
So that thaey will dissolve.
Then place them on
the stove and stirr slowly after a while cook by adding ghee.
When it becomes cogulated drwa it into any
clean tray and leave it to freeze.
To make it colorful add 1 masha saffaron or color in it. Cut the pistachio and sprinkle on it.
When it becomes hard cut it into the required peices.
